Cheshire Land Trust is stepping onto the Pollinator Pathway along with more than 40 towns and community groups in Connecticut. It's an idea whose time has come. You can also start your own! Small. Medium. Large. Size does not matter. In the end, we will have created a Pollinator Pathway for monarchs and other pollinators up and down the East Coast Greenway (Rails to Trails). Bike Cheshire - Bike the Ives Farm Woodlands
When Bike Cheshire asked if they might bike on one of the land trust properties, we were on the fence about it. We have trail networks open to the public for walking and hiking, but it's low-impact recreation. We never had mountain bikes. They talked some more. It sounded like fun! We said, "Yes!"
